K–2 Cloth was founded in 1990 by Mrs Kamal Kapoor and formally established at SIDCUL Industrial Area, Haridwar in 2005 by Mr Himesh Kapoor.
Today K–2 operates two divisions — K–2 Cloth for uniforms & auto canopy, and K–2 Industries for premium chair upholstery & core paper tubes — united by precision and on-time delivery.

Yes. We offer complete custom branding for industrial uniforms, boiler suits, and corporate workwear. We provide custom embroidery, heat-transfer screen printing of company logos, high-visibility 3M reflective safety tape, fire-retardant (FR) coatings, and breathable poly-cotton or heavy-duty cotton drill fabrics tailored to factory safety norms.
We are a trusted OEM supplier for Mahindra & Mahindra, manufacturing three-wheeler hoods (Alfa, Alfa Plus, Alfa Champion) and commercial vehicle covers including Mahindra Bolero roof canopies. We also manufacture weather-resistant rain curtains and seat covers for electric rickshaws (E-rickshaws).
Our K–2 Industries division manufactures spiral paper core tubes made from premium Kraft and Ply Bond paper. Wall thicknesses range from 2.5 mm up to 15 mm, with customizable inner diameter (ID) and lengths according to client winding, textile, film, and packaging requirements. We supply paper cores to Godrej Interio.
K–2 Industries produces 60+ variants of ergonomic chair upholstery utilizing premium Italian leather, PVC rexine, breathable mesh, and foam fabrics. Our automated cutting and stitching processes guarantee precise fit, high tear strength, and international durability standards.
Our 3 manufacturing units are located at Plots 126 & 127 in Sector IIDC, SIDCUL Industrial Area, Haridwar, Uttarakhand 249403. With 100+ skilled personnel and automated machinery, our standard delivery lead time ranges from 7 to 21 days depending on order volume and customization specifications.
Yes, K-2 Cloth is ISO 9001:2015 certified and holds ZED Silver MSME certification. OEM procurement managers and corporate clients are welcome to schedule a visit to our SIDCUL Haridwar manufacturing plant. We also provide product samples, fabric swatches, and technical specifications upon request.
